Tonight a powerful woman, Jyoti Chrystal, died. At least her body did, while supported by loved ones and hospice care for the illness she met with grace. She was the owner of Star Seed yoga in NJ, as well as a shaman, healer, wise woman, and teacher. Though I only knew her a little, having been to some of her shamanic journeys, she was a friend and mentor to some of my dear ones and I know they will be grieving her powerfully.

Many babies have been conceived after the Full Moon Fire Ceremonies that she and her partner Jason led. Her passing is a loss to our community. Blessings to her family, yogic and otherwise.
