"Goals are dreams with deadlines"
-Diana Scharf Hunt
Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God; your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone, and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people premission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.- Marianne Williamson

Hey Kim -- looks like I missed a great (cold!) day. I was in DC but had to leave on Sunday. Glad you were representing though! I watched it in France in front of a Jumbotron in front of the Paris town hall -- lots of excitement here too!!
That's cool Philippe - you could probably see just as well as I could! I loved the pictures I saw of people all around the world watching - including Paris!
What an awesome experience and I appreciate you sharing your pics and vids with us all. I'm tearing up again, what a beautiful day! In my small town they piped it in on PBS to the local theater (movie/music/stage) which was sold out (free tickets). It was so cool to be w/humans hootin' and hollerin' and crying and sayin' amen and so on, but nothing like being there. Thanks again.
Hi Kim! Love your pictures! They are great. I'm surprised you didn't bump into Cole & Rodney while there. Seems like all of you were in the same area. The photo of you with the Obama cut out is a classic!
Coco,
There is now a cutout of Obama in the window of the wine store in M'wood - maybe y'all can go have a photo op!
