From my perspective as a wellness/mind body spirit expert, I would like to suggest a group visualization.
How about every Friday morning at 8:30 am - NJ time -for just 5 minutes let us be joined together in heartfelt and sincere aspiration until the election.
Let us all share the passion we had as teenagers.
We can use that intensity - and idealism - to empower this concentration.
Visualize a gold light going in a clock wise direction around Obama & Biden and see them - in your mind's eye - being sworn in as President and Vice President of the United States of America in Washington, DC in January 2009.
